Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item or provide a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if damaged or defective upon arrival.
